They were courteous and knowledgeable of the problem….as a matter of fact….they identified the problem within 5 minutes of inspecting my unit. Explained every thing to me, I ask If they could fix a few more things ,gave me a quote,they did all jobs ,great service and by far the most reasonable,will call on them for all plumming needs….They should get 10 stars!

We bought our house 3 years ago, since we are living we were having very strange problem. some kind of water leak or pipe knocking, and some time screaming sound comes from our basement when our tenants take shower or we do laundry , washing dishes. We called so many plumbers and plumbing companies no solution, waste too much money .,one plumber told us we have some kind of ghost in our house. (Huh) One of my co-workers recommends me A-1 Plumbing & Drains to try out. Their plumbers came and in 10 minutes he find the problem , he points 3 location of fault , Hot water tank , Laundry and Shower control . They give us Free Estimate , and enough time to think after one week we use them they charge us a decent price , but good news is they fix my problem , from now on we and our tenants can sleep peacefully. I called A-1 Plumbing on 1st of Jan-2012 , for Free Estimate which I got free of cost , price was good as compare to other BIG Plumber Name Company, I ask them can you do it now , they said yes. they also advise me with better idea of my plumber , my estimate was around $1000 , installing Dishwasher Complete, New kitchen Faucet, Laundry Tub and faucet new and relocated new plumbing , complete laundry machine and dry water and vent system . And lot other small thing. I like their work, they are really good and best plumber that I feel. Nothing wrong to choose as 2nd opinion.

I called A-1 Plumbing when we realized our shut off valve was stuck.We had Mirza come out and give Free visit and estimate as they advertise.We made arrangements for the city to turn off the water and A-1 Plumber got to work.Outstanding work. Clean, smart and explained it all to me. The price was fair and exactly as estimated.
